Summary About the position: NAF Human Resources Office at Kirtland AFB, NM. This position will be filled as either Regular Part Time (guaranteed 20.0 hours/week) employment category or Regular Full Time (guaranteed 35.0 hours/week) employment category. Qualifying Experience: Experience working in an office setting responsible for clerical work of any kind; experience following established rules, regulations, procedures, and program requirements of one or more areas of a personnel system; experience utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel); experience providing customer service. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does allow for education substitution. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
