Summary
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the STRL Mission Support direct hire authority. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Conditions of Employment

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Assisting with strategic business analysis to enhance workload, resource management, and financial execution across mission areas; 2) Preparing reports that interpret cost, schedule, and performance data; 3) Assisting with implementing spend plans in coordination with leadership to address shifting program priorities; 4) Utilizing MS Office applications, including Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint (SmartArt), and Word (tables, templates), to support data analysis and reporting.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For DA-04:
Successful completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
Possession of an LL.M., if related to the position being filled.
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
For DA-03:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. if related to the position being filled.
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
