DescriptionSummary: This position is a Maternal Child Educator. The Educator will support and facilitate for the maternity service line. Ensuring associates receive best practices for regulatory needs. In addition, this position will collaborate with the education team to provide core competencies for all associates. Candidate must have BSN, experience with nursing education and highly proficient technical and communication skills. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in maternal child health. The ideal candidate will be required to become certified as a Neonatal Resuscitation Instructor, AWHONN Instructor, and STABLE Instructor upon hire. We are looking for a candidate who can immediately contribute to a high-performing work team and approaches each workday with mission and core values as a personal guide.  Requirements: A. Education/Skills Graduate of State Board accredited School of Nursing or equivalent. BSN required or in progress, Master’s preferred. Certification in area of specialty preferred. B. Experience • Five years experience in specialty preferred.
