En The Knot Worldwide buscamos un/a nuevo/a Account Manager Telemarketing para nuestro portal colombiano: Matrimonio.com.co.

Para nosotros, la persona ideal tiene experiencia en ventas telefónicas B2B y en la gestión de un porfolio de clientes, además tiene buenas habilidades de escucha, comprensión de las necesidades de los clientes y fuertes competencias interpersonales.

Nos gustaría contar con una persona apasionada por la venta y el mundo digital, que conozca los principios y nociones fundamentales de marketing digital y pueda ofrecer a nuestros clientes un servicio digital de calidad.


¿EN QUÉ CONSISTIRÁ TU TRABAJO?

¡No te vamos a mentir! Tu mejor amigo será el teléfono y desarrollarás tu trabajo con él.

  • Apertura de nuevo negocio a través de llamadas telefónicas a los proveedores del portal de la zona de Cali
  • Asegurar la fidelización de nuestros clientes gracias a un servicio personalizado
  • Serás responsable de la gestión de cartera de clientes B2B, ofreciéndoles un servicio de gran retorno y precio asumible a las empresas del sector nupcial (floristas, músicos, fotógrafos, etc.)
  • Te ocuparás del ciclo entero de venta: negociación, seguimiento y cierre de las condiciones contractuales con los clientes

¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS EN TI?

  • Experiencia demostrable de 1 año o más en un puesto similar
  • Residencia en Bogotá capital
  • Experiencia comercial, preferentemente en venta telefónica de intangibles a clientes B2B 
  • Ser un/a excelente profesional en negociación y persuasión 
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y de organización
  • Gusto por el trabajo con objetivos y la consecución de los mismos 
  • Posibilidad para desarrollar tu trabajo en Home Office
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (B1)
