Overview The Account Project Manager will coordinate with the customer, engineering, purchasing, production, ensuring timely deliverables, strong customer relationships, and operational excellence. Non-managerial role. This hands-on customer facing role requires exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to align multiple departments and contribute to the company’s growth. What You’ll Do Team & Operations • Oversee day-to-day project execution. • Facilitate clear communication across departments. • Prepare and maintain timelines, project documentation and SOPs. Customer & Vendor Relationship • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Collaborate with customers on large-scale projects, ensuring milestones are met. • Maintain thorough documentation of project decisions and results. • Ability to prospect and secure new customers, expanding new business opportunities through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up. Quality & Continuous Improvement • Support ISO 9001 quality standards across projects. Project & Process • Lead cross-functional project planning, scheduling, and execution. • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across departments. Requirements • Proven experience in project management within operations and/or manufacturing. • Sales experience or background is a plus. • Strong documentation and organizational skills. • Must be able to work independently, this is not a training role. • Microsoft Office (excel) ability to create reports, analyze data, and use formulas/functions. Soft Skills • Detail-oriented and organized. • Excellent communicator and collaborator. • The ideal candidate is well-spoken, patient, and communicates in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
