Account & Project Manager

Job Summary The Account & Project Manager is responsible for overseeing staging and structural projects from initial client inquiry through final billing. This role combines estimating, project advancement, financial oversight, and on-site management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience in live events, staging, or construction environments and thrives in both client-facing and operational roles. Duties • Quoting & Estimating: Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for staging and structural projects based on client needs, site requirements, and company resources. • Advancing & Coordination: Communicate with clients, venues, and vendors to gather technical requirements, confirm logistics, and advance all project details. • Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, including scheduling crews, coordinating trucking/logistics, overseeing on-site builds, and ensuring safety & compliance. • Billing & Financial Tracking: Prepare invoices, track project costs against budgets, and ensure accurate and timely billing. • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, delivering clear updates and maintaining strong client relationships. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, contracts, and change orders; provide post-project reviews and lessons learned for continuous improvement. Experience • Experience in staging, live events, construction, or related industries. • Strong skills in estimating, budgeting, and project financial management. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Proficiency in project management software, CAD, or estimating tools preferred.
