Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Location:Atlantic Beach, FL (Onsite) Salary Range:$85,000 – $105,000 (Depending on Experience) We are seeking a highly skilledAccounting Managerto join our team in our Atlantic Beach office. This is a full-time,onsite position.The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience with payroll and financial operations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and support Purchasing, Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Accounts Payable (A/P) team members • Manage payroll functions through ADP • Perform general accounting duties, including month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities • Maintain Worker’s Compensation compliance, including audits and inspection reporting • Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to company policies and procedures • Partner with leadership to drive process improvements and support business growth Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required • CPA designation preferred, but not required • Proven experience in accounting management, with payroll and supervisory responsibilities • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting • Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our organization. “LEAD is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
