The IBM Research Lab in Israel is looking for exceptional students to join our innovative team and contribute to cutting-edge research. You will help advance state-of-the-art technologies focused on LLM-based agentic workflows including the development of code-based (CodeAct) agents to deliver high-quality high-performance solutions.
In this position you will:
- Develop code (primarily in Python) for agentic AI and CodeAct agents.
- Conduct benchmarking and evaluation of AI workflows.
- Gain hands-on experience with leading agentic AI platforms and tools.
- Collaborate in a global team and apply best practices for effective teamwork.
This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge and practical skills in generative AI and data platforms. We expect approximately 20 hours/week during the academic year with a preference for full-time availability during school breaks.
Weโre looking for fast learners with strong programming skills. Experience with LLMs and generative AI is a plus.
