The ideal candidate will design and implement AI/ML models that enhance customer intelligence, personalization, and automation within marketing workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using Redpoint Global tools (e.g., Redpoint Interaction, Data Management). • Integrate AI capabilities into customer journeys, personalization, and campaign orchestration. • Collaborate with data engineers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to leverage data for smarter decision-making. • Optimize data pipelines and scoring models for real-time and batch execution.
