AI Python Software Engineer

Core Responsibilities

* Design and develop AI-powered applications and systems using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks

* Build and optimize large language model (LLM) integrations and AI agents

* Implement and maintain scalable microservices architectures for AI applications

* Develop and optimize prompts and embeddings for various AI use cases

* Create and maintain vector databases for efficient information retrieval

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

* Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing and code reviews

* Optimize system performance and resource utilization

* Stay current with latest developments in AI/ML technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of professional software development experience with Python

* Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and design patterns

* Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly LLMs and AI agents

* Experience with asynchronous programming in Python

* Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API design

* Proficiency with Git, Docker, and modern development tools

* Experience with testing frameworks, particularly pytest

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with multi-agent systems and communication protocols

* Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization

* Understanding of different AI agent architectures (ReAct, Chain of Thought)

* Experience with FastAPI or Flask for API development
