AI Strategy & Governance Senior Managing Consultant

Introduction
The Senior Managing Consultant AI Strategy & Governance provides senior advisory services to our clients on topics of Strategy Governance and Trustworthiness of AI as well as its implementation at an enterprise scale. As a key member of our AI & Analytics Consulting team you will be the trusted advisor to our clients and to our industry teams across our Northern and Central European region (NCEE). Your work will be a blend of advisory services and go-to-market activities on strategic AI topics. In addition you will stay abreast of developments in the high-pace AI domain and develop compelling and market-leading propositions in close collaboration with our NCEE and EMEA Leadership.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Advise large clients on their AI strategy and their AI enabled business transformation.
• Collaborate with industry focused teams to drive business-growth at key clients.
• Collaboratively shape lead and deliver client projects for AI advisory AI governance and Trustworthy AI.
• This includes AI strategy and vision development advising on appropriate AI operating models and technology and architectural decisions all in trustworthy manners.
• Advise our clients to effectively develop AI systems at scale with appropriate governance measures.
• Value orchestration assessment and tracking to ensure the AI projects scale effectively and meet the set targets.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the IBM organisation helping to identify and execute the needs of our business and support the development of appropriate strategies.
• Contribute to crafting and executing the go-to-market strategy for advisory services regarding AI strategy governance and trustworthiness.
• Support the process of selling strategic AI advisory projects to our existing and new clients. Support client sales conversations and proposal creation on strategic AI advisory.
• Educating our IBM sales teams on AI advisory and Trustworthy AI/AI governance.
• Grow the AI Strategy & Governance capability for the NCEE region
• Be the AI Strategy & Governance SME within our AI & Analytics consulting team.
• Creating and maintaining an overview of the key developments in AI
• Presenting and positioning IBM’s point of view amongst clients and other key stakeholders within the market establishing eminence.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Prior extensive consulting experience
• A passion for the latest AI developments and AI Governance Trustworthy AI
• Experience with AI strategy and AI enabled business transformation.
• AI Expert with experience on the topics AI Strategy and AI delivery to enable the industry and client teams
• Leadership experience with small to medium sized teams with skills to manage lead and motivate the team and community
• Ability to manage and communicate across a wide range of stakeholders from business to technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Earlier delivery experience in AI projects at scale
• Master’s degree in a related field
