Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for AI-driven distribution optimization, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
• Client Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segments using advanced AI/ML techniques to enhance targeting and personalization.
• Territory Design: Create and optimize coverage territories to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
• Predictive Analytics: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of AI/ML solutions.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of distribution optimization initiatives.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product development and innovation.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 7+ years in product management or related roles, with a focus on AI/ML and sales segmentation optimization.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and data analytics.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments and managing product development cycles.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
