Job Description
Lead the team to flawless launch new projects according to the PDP.
- Investment plan making.
- Capacity analysis and design.
- Master working plan making and schedule control.
- Flexible Manufacturing system design.
- Production line layout and flow(material & information) design.
- New components and new process analysis and recognition.
- Drawing study; KPC,KCC and DFM identification.
- PFD , PFMEA, WI, Cutting plan, BOM making.
- Prototype samples production instruction and support.
- Equipment, board and tooling design and development.
- Error-proof process study and implement.
- Organize engineering change implementation.
- Production line set up.
- Ramp up plan making and follow up.
- Milestone gate review report making.

Issues analysis and solve.
Capacity adjustment accordingly to meet customer change.
Automation proposal study and introduction.
Lead continuous improvement for SPQVC.
Coaching and training for technicians.
