QC CC/LP Engineer

• Support Model Year Change and Engineering Change implementation.
• Assign workload and manage QC technicians and their subordinates
• Collect and analyze Quality data , assist Quality manager to monitor Quality indicators.
• Prepare control plan and sampling plan for assembly line
• Coordinate master sample release
• Non-conforming material disposition coordination
• Supervise the calibration and MSA
• Supervise machine release and process capability study (Ppk and Cpk study)
• Supervise the Holder release and Process release
• Supervise key position certification & Teardown process.
• Complete task assigned by Quality Manager.
• Have the authority to stop lines and report to QM timely if production is out of control.
• Implement PTC and push process improvement.
