Job Description

Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible fellowship trained Anesthesia Pain Management Physician who is motivated to make a difference in their community and grow a flourishing multi-disciplinary practice.  Community Physician Network, Interventional Spine Care is expanding to the brand-NEW Community Hospital Westfield Campus in 2025.

Desired requirements

  • BE/BC in Anesthesia & Pain Management
  • Fellowship training in Pain Management
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
  • Proficient in interventional pain procedures, joint injections, nerve blocks and epidural injections
  • Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
