In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As an Architect in IBM Consulting you'll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.
- Design and deliver enterprise solutions using Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint Online OneDrive Teams Microsoft 365 Copilot and Office 365.
- Architect and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Copilot Studio) aligned with client goals and enterprise standards.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot into business processes to drive AI-powered productivity.
- Build and manage Custom Copilots using Copilot Studio including prompt design connector integration orchestration logic and secure data source mapping.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration strategies to coordinate interactions between copilots plugins and external systems for complex workflows
- Advise on Copilot extensibility including Microsoft Graph connectors semantic index integration and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with core Azure capabilities including Azure Functions and Logic Apps for integrating and extending Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting and development tools such as PowerShell TypeScript Visual Studio and DevOps Power Platform Pipelines for automation customization and solution deployment within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
