In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Salesforce requirement gathering drafting business cases Requirement walkthrough with stakeholders Requirement documentations and provide clarifications to stakeholders. Salesforce Business Analyst Good verbal and written communication Skilled in articulation of functional requirement to technical counterparts and vice versa.
- Responsibilities:
- Implementation knowledge - Experience in end-to-end salesforce solutioning/designing experience fit-gap analysis Impact analysis and estimation experience
- API integration knowledge - The structure and integrity of data flowing into and out from Salesforce
- Experience in designing data model and architecture diagrams.
- Knowledge in performance improvement and tuning.
- Knowledge in Exception handling alerting and monitoring mechanism
- Provide our deep technical and industry expertise to the Banking sector clients
