Application Developer - ServiceNow

In this role you will work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) where we provide deep technical and industry knowledge to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers provide our clients with technical skills and knowledge to drive innovation and adoption of new technologies. Main functions include: – Possess logical reasoning for automating business and IT processes identifying inputs and outputs of these processes (inputs and outputs) for the development of No Code/Low Code solutions. – Identifies interactions between different processes and proposes improvements focused on better performance. – Performs Systems Integration implementations handling successful and unsuccessful responses. – Adjusts existing No Code/Low Code workflows to keep up with changes and user needs. – Knows the fundamentals of the Information Technology Infrasructure Library – ITIL in versions 3.0 and higher. – Designs tests to guarantee the quality of the products developed.
