This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone ready to get hands-on experience in residential remodeling. Day-to-Day Duties: • Assist carpenters and lead remodelers with tasks like demo, framing, painting, and hauling materials. • Keep the workspace clean and organized to promote a safe, efficient environment. • Learn tool handling and job site safety from senior crew members. • Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies at various project sites. • Provide hands-on support to help complete remodels on schedule and to spec. What You Bring: • Reliability, energy, and a drive to learn the trade. • Comfort with physical tasks like lifting, walking, and climbing ladders. • Team spirit and willingness to take direction from supervisors. • Professional behavior while working in client homes. • No experience?
