Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AMto5:00PM Pay rate:$17.00Per Hour. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and safety-consciousMachine Operator & Forklift Associateto join our team for aTemporary Job Assignment. This role involvesoperating industrial machinery and material handling equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickersto support production and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow by safely transporting materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting with machine operation in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Operatestand-up and sit-down forkliftsandcherry pickersto transport materials and products within the warehouse. • Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory. • Operate and monitor production machinery, adjusting settings as needed for efficiency. • Perform quality checks on materials before transport or processing. • Assist with order picking and staging using forklifts and powered industrial trucks. • Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues. • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. • Follow allOSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols. Work Environment: • Warehouse/manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery noise and varying temperatures. • Requires frequent use of forklifts and cherry pickers at elevated heights. • Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. • Personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety vests, gloves, and hearing/eye protection, may be required.
