Art Producer

The Avatars Team is looking for an Art Producer to help build and scale personalized Avatar experiences across our portfolio of products. Art producers at Meta are passionate connectors and problem solvers. You will design operational procedures, improve communication, remove roadblocks, manage pipelines and you'll have an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams as you establish great ways of working together.This role will collaborate with art teams and other disciplines across the organization to support our ambitious roadmap. Art Producer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine vision, goals and project requirements for Avatars art and product features
• Engage with Art teams to define the art components and scope
• Establish and create processes to help the art team run efficiently and smoothly
• Proactively identify and mitigate production risks while executing against ambitious targets
• Consistently communicate with cross functional partners, providing visibility on status and risk
• Manage relationships with cross functional teams for critical input on visual targets
• Initiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships
• Track asset pipeline, releases, and versioning

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in game development, film, start-ups or interactive media
• Experience prioritizing and successfully juggling multiple initiatives and deadlines
• Experience driving production process and shipping large, multi-media projects with 3D pipelines
• Proven leadership, communication, and diplomatic skills
• Experience with a range of production toolsets (e.g. Shotgrid, Asana, Jira, Trello)
• Interest in empowering creative teams to produce proven results

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with VR development

$149,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
