Assistant Director for Hospice - Registered Nurse

Immediate Opening: Assistant Director for Patient Care Services – Hospice (RN) Location:Glendale, California Employment Type:Full-Time We are seeking anexperienced and California-licensed Registered Nurse (RN)to join our hospice care team asAssistant Director for Patient Care Services. This is a full-time, office-based position inGlendale, CA, with occasional supervisory home visits as required. Minimum Requirements: • Current RN license in California • Prior experience as an Assistant Director or Case Manager in hospice care • Proven ability to implement and manage hospice regulations in a home care setting • Southern California residency Key Qualifications: • Strong leadership and clinical management skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use • Operational decision-making and management capabilities • Expertise in reviewing and auditing OASIS, plans of care, HMO insurance processes, and CMS reporting • Familiarity with Optima software (preferred but not required) • Excellent team-building and communication skills We are looking for amotivated, positive-minded professionalready to make a meaningful impact in hospice care.
