In this role, you will:
- 
Drive and disseminate quality agenda throughout the mill by: 
- 
Closely actioning on quality culture improvement activities 
- 
Lead continuous quality improvement projects. 
- 
Work to reduce critical quality issues through Problem solving projects. 
- 
Engage in people upskilling through trainings 
- 
Ensure seamless coordination of QA with different stakeholders in during trials/change events 
- 
Facilitate risk assessments before new product developments/product changes

In one of our Manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- 
Primary interface between QA and all other stakeholders for quality related activities 
- 
Manage all QA routine activities like RFT Make, Quality Non-Conformance reporting, RCA & CAPA follow up and closure, PASS data entry compliance, EtQ system compliance, etc. 
- 
Responsible for analyzing the data with use of quality tools and present in a meaningful form which helps in product/process improvement. 
- 
Coordinate with other KC mills to benchmark practices and roll out pertinent ones in Pune mill. 
- 
Cascade down consumer/customer complaints, product defects on shop floor and ensure active involvement of people in discussions. 
- 
Conduct periodic and ad hoc trainings on GMP, personal hygiene, product safety, etc. 
- 
Assist quality manager by handling routine issues related to people management. 
- 
Single point contact for QA related procurement 
- 
Lead system verification processes like micro testing, audits (process, GMP, QMS), etc. 
- 
Conduct process health check audits like Process audit, GMP audit, QMSR audits as per frequency. 
- 
Work closely with other stakeholders in mill to ensure effectiveness of corrective actions implemented for product/process improvement. 
- 
Ensure compliance towards implementation of new quality systems/initiatives. 
- 
Initiate and coordinate training activities. 
- 
Take a lead in risk assessment/FMEA during product changes. 
- 
Planning/organizing Quality initiatives/programs to enhance quality culture in organization. 
- 
Manage and adhere to lab certification, tester certification related activities. 
- 
Implement and follow new regional/global standards, procedure with effective training/communication to related stake holders. 
- 
Tracking of SQE & major consumer complaints and planning to prevent/eliminate recurrence of same with effective system, process improvement. 
- 
Ensure adherence to all legal/regulatory requirements for BCC & AFC product category.
