We are looking for a professional to respond to requests received by the Virtual Agency with a focus on agility quality and excellence in customer service. The main objective is to ensure end customer satisfaction through an efficient empathetic and results-oriented approach. In addition the professional may be selected to analyze and handle complaints and reports received by the ombudsman seeking to understand the causes of dissatisfaction and propose effective and humane solutions to resolve them in the best possible way.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook);
Dynamic proactive and easy to work with;
Strong communication skills and a participatory approach to daily activities;
Commitment and dedication to achieving results;
Previous experience with customer service sales or working with goals is a plus.
