The Role
As an Associate Consultant in HR Reinvention you will work with clients to solve complex people and organisation challenges helping them transform their HR functions and people related processes. You’ll contribute to projects that shape HR operating models improve how services are delivered to employees and support the adoption of new HR technologies
What You’ll Do
- Support HR transformation workshops interviews and process reviews
- Analyse HR and people data to identify root causes patterns and improvement opportunities
- Asess HR processes translating findings into practical recommendations
- Help clients implement and embed HR technologies
- Work in agile teams with consultants designers and technical specialists to solve problems holistically
- Prepare client deliverables such as presentations insights and change materials

- Analytical and detail focused with confidence interpreting people related data
