This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You have a passion for handbags and accessories product development, sourcing, and/or production. You thrive in a dynamic creative environment and are driven by the challenge of developing high-quality, authentic products while achieving financial goals.

A Day in the Life:

• Assist with all hardware development at every stage - from spec pass to TD (technical drawing) approval, to receipt of and review of samples (Proto, SMS & Bulk).
• Support communication and execution of any requested revisions or approvals at all sample stages.
• Compile and review all vendor Hardware TDs for accuracy, aesthetic and function. Share and align comments with Sr Manager.
• Communicate daily in clear and concise format in collaboration with Sr Manager and DG/HK Team.
• Assist with the handoff and communication of all Runway hardware development in collaboration with the IDEE Team.
• Build knowledge of Hardware limitations and testing requirements to offer solutions that are brand right.
• Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams, establishing a consistent flow of communication. Partner closely with PD to pro-actively identify hardware issues and work to come up with solutions.
• Review all Hardware samples with an eye for quality and durability, and meticulously check that they match TDs. Pass comments to Sr Manager.
• Strive to have all hardware buy-ready by order placement date each season.
• Attend Cross Functional Weekly meetings.
• Manage hardware style details in PLM and all subsequent updates.
• Monitors calendar daily to promote smooth flow of development. Ensure that all hardware milestones and corporate milestones are top of mind.

To Land This Role:

• Strong end-to-end product knowledge in handbags and SLGs
• Effective communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer (Excel) and reporting skills
• 3+ years' work experience

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 60,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
