Key Responsibilities:

1. Mentoring Students in writing research papers from diverse disciplines.
1. Analysing scholars' profiles, strengths, and weaknesses thoroughly and working with them on research projects to enable holistic learning and profile development.
2. Communicate the Student's progress effectively to Parents and the Counselling team.
3. Adjusting working styles to suit different Scholars.
4. Communicating effectively with Scholars, the Counselling team, HOD, Founders, and parents.
2. Conduct research academies to explain the fundamentals of research.
1. Keeping themselves updated on developments and research in the field.
2. Conducting training sessions, workshops, conferences, and other continuing education initiatives.
3. Guide team to produce excellent creative projects.
1. In essence, the Mentor, in conjunction with the AKC Head, is responsible for the Learning and Development of the team in terms of project planning and execution skills.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in psychology or social science from top colleges in India.
• Published research work
• 0 to 2 years of work experience
• Preferred education from a top college abroad

• We have built creative space in a top corporate building in a prime location in Gurgaon. 
• The office is on M.G. Road, a 2-minute walk from the M.G. Road Metro Station.

Our team comprises of creative and colorful characters, all goal-oriented and hungry for growth (and healthy snacks). The work environment is a mixture of formal and playful, as we all strive to get things done while sipping Italian coffee brewed in-house.
