CodeNinja, a leading information technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our team. As an Associate Project Manager at CodeNinja, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. CodeNinja is committed to igniting opportunities for software engineers in emerging markets by solving complex technology problems. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about project management and has a strong desire to contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all team members are informed of their responsibilities.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Work with the project manager to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project progress for internal and external stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are in accordance with project requirements.
  • Assist in conducting project reviews and evaluations.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Previous experience in a project management role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • 1-2 years of agile project management experience
  • Has managed a team of at least 5 people
  • Experience of working with international clients would be considered as a plus
