Job Overview
Intapp is seeking a customer-focused Associate Technical Writer to document new features, help streamline our existing content, and contribute ideas for improving our methodology. You will be creating clear and concise technical and user documentation, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to execute knowledge creation and sharing strategies, and working with a team of content creators in our growing organization. In this role you will be mentored by senior writers in their areas of expertise and eventually assume full responsibility for a set of product knowledge deliverables on a regular release cadence.

Role Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality enterprise documentation-such as user guides, integration guides, technical design guides, and system administration guides by understanding the product domain, product features, and customer use cases
- Deliver content in multiple formats including PDF guides, Webhelp, Zendesk articles, Pendo guides, and other formats as appropriate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including Engineering, Product Management, Cloud Services, Professional Implementation Services and/or Support
- Understand the basic features and functionality of the solution area(s)
- Draft documentation based on user stories, engineering specifications and design meetings
- Ensure accuracy of content through reviews and feedback from stakeholders
- Identify gaps and redundancies to improve documentation content and delivery

- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to produce clear and concise documentation and a proven ability to make complex technical subjects easy to comprehend
- You have excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills
- You are results-oriented and resourceful with a willingness to work under tight deadlines and/or changing priorities
- You are flexible, professional, and customer-focused
- You embrace a user-centric approach to focus on what the customer needs, not what the system does
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications with an emphasis on technical communication or 2 year's technical writing experience at a software company
- Familiarity with structured authoring principles and single-source content
- Familiarity with Paligo, MadCap Flare, JIRA, Pendo, Confluence, GIT repository, Zendesk Knowledge Base are a plus
