AT&T Customer Associate Responsibilities: • Stay informed on products, services, and current promotions to confidently answer questions and close sales. • Personalize each interaction based on individual customer needs and preferences. • Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and effectively resolve any questions or concerns they may have directly • Provide clear explanations and additional education when necessary to ensure full customer understanding. • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support customer success and company growth. • Contribute to refining customer support processes, internal policies, and service standards. • Keep up with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.
