As a Telecommunications Sales Associate, you'll connect customers with Frontier's home services, including wireless, internet, and TV solutions. Through expert training, you'll learn to assess needs, recommend ideal packages, and guide customers through easy sign-ups, turning interest into satisfied Frontier households.

What Will I Be Doing as a Telecommunications Sales Associate?
β’ Initiate direct outreach to residential prospects, using our lead-based system to present and promote Frontierβs telecommunications offerings.
β’ Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across wireless, internet, and television services to deliver informed recommendations.
β’ Conduct personalized consultations to identify connectivity needs and propose tailored solutions for mobile and home services.
β’ Present Frontier offerings with clarity and persuasion, emphasizing key features, benefits, and competitive value.
β’ Address customer inquiries, handle objections diplomatically, and guide each interaction toward a successful account activation.
β’ Facilitate end-to-end sales processes, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth customer onboarding.
β’ Achieve and surpass individual and team benchmarks in sales performance and customer acquisition metrics.
β’ Accurately log customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems while staying engaged in team meetings and ongoing training.
What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Telecommunications Sales Associate?
β’ Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or GED; additional academic credentials in a related field are considered advantageous.
β’ Up to two years of experience in direct sales, retail, customer service, marketing, promotions, or client-facing environments where persuasive communication is key.
β’ Outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on clarity, engagement, and adaptability.
β’ Demonstrates a confident and resilient approach to overcoming objections, meeting sales targets, and driving results.
β’ Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a strong inclination toward identifying opportunities and converting leads into closed sales.

Pay: $49,500.00 - $56,500.00 per year
