Responsibilities of an AT&T Customer Service Representative
• Provide outstanding customer service while assisting with activations, billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and account changes
• Present AT&T products and services in an approachable and informative manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with fellow AT&T Customer Service Representatives and management to reach daily and weekly sales goals
• Build long-term customer relationships that increase loyalty, retention, and overall satisfaction
• Accurately document all customer interactions, sales activity, and account updates
• Stay informed on current telecommunications industry trends, AT&T promotions, and fiber technology updates
• Represent AT&T and Off Shore Management with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in every interaction
Qualifications of an AT&T Customer Service Representative
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, telecommunications, and wireless technology
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow within a team-based setting
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred, but not required
• Comfortable learning new systems, handling multiple priorities, and adapting to customer needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
