Automation Specialist

As a Security Consultant you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client’s organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.

Your Role and Responsibilities
• Analysis and development of capabilities solutions and automation based on Cloud-native capabilities (GCP) and orchestration and automation solutions.
• Advisor in cloud security configurations and use of security automation and orchestration solutions particularly from Google and GCP
• Platform maintenance (tune-up integrations optimization of automation flows etc.)
• Support in security investigations.
• Attention to security and infrastructure incidents
• Attention to configuration requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in automation solutions such as Google Cloud Deployment Manager Ansible Cloudformation Terraform Puppet etc.
• Knowledge of Cloud security (GCP AWS)
• Knowledge of scripting and automation
• Knowledge of the OSI Model
• Use of cloud security tools

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Deployment Manager technologies
• Google GCP Certification: Professional Cloud Security Engineer
• Knowledge of cloud environments and security technologies
• Experience in cloud platform management
