Automotive Mechanic / WELDER

Overview The ideal candidate will have strong welding skills with experience inexhaust systems, pipe bending, and catalytic converter installation, along with the ability to handlegeneral mechanic work(brakes, suspension, basic diagnostics, etc.). This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both fabrication and mechanical repair in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities • Weld, cut, and fabricate exhaust systems (MIG/TIG welding preferred). • Bend and fit pipes for custom and factory exhaust applications. • Install catalytic converters, mufflers, resonators, and exhaust components. • Diagnose and repair exhaust leaks and related issues. • Perform general auto repair tasks: brakes, suspension, oil changes, tune-ups, etc. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Communicate effectively with team members and shop management. Skills • 3+ years of welding and automotive repair experience(exhaust work strongly preferred). • Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding and pipe fabrication. • Ability to operate pipe bending equipment. • Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. • Own tools preferred (shop equipment provided). • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
