Automotive Training Manager - $3,000.00 Sign-on Bonus for the Successful Candidate!

Raytheon Professional Services is seeking an Automotive Training Manager. This position is 100% remote and requires a high level of team leadership, customer interface, and interaction with senior leadership within the organization. The ideal candidate will have training development and delivery experience, training project management experience, and an in-depth automotive technical knowledge across a variety automotive original equipment.

Responsible for all program aspects including program start up activities, implementation, schedules, deliverables, budget and direct activities of the team's performance, additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Content analysis and courseware design
• Management of team's day-to-day activities
• Direct customer interaction for internal and external requirement documentation
• Tracking, process improvement identification, program launch activities and quality controls
• Assess and forecast project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, client satisfaction, goals and objectives
• Prioritizing workflow for team members with competing priorities
• Conduct virtual and live in-person train the trainer sessions

Required skills:

• Minimum four years' automotive technician experience in automotive repair facility, plus
• Minimum one year experience delivering instructor led training
• Ability to manage project schedules, deliverables and budget
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility for local and/or overnight travel as required (up to 25%)

Desired skills:

• Project Management (non-IT) experience
• Experience supervising a team
• Experience designing and developing classroom training material
• Experience delivering virtual instructor led training or technical assistance call center support
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology
• Eight years combined automotive technician and automotive instructor experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

This position requires a U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
