Su función y responsabilidades

'Desarrollo de tareas de implementación usando APM Cisco Appdynamics. Relevamiento de necesidades de los clientes. Planificación de tareas implementación y configuración. Interacción con áreas de IT y de Negocio.  Implementar y mantener herramientas de monitoreo. Configurar mantener umbrales y otros criterios para determinar eventos que afecten la infraestructura. Establecer y mantener políticas de gestión de eventos. Implementar procesos y automatizaciones. Implementar KPI. Revisión periódica de componentes variables y umbrales. Identificar mejoras en los niveles de servicio y rendimiento de TI promoviendo la mejora continua. 

Experiencia profesional y técnica necesaria

Manejo de VMware vSphere.
