Backend Developer / SRE

On-site, partially remote or full-remote - 50/80k€ (depending on exp) + benefits

Within our SRE team with various backgrounds (Ops, Dev...) you will help us provide productivity tools to ensure a smooth developers’ experience.

Your key missions :

• Develop / Provide internal tools to help developer’s productivity (Python or Golang)
• Support tech teams to become autonomous in shipping their code to production.
• Help developers to define & build their CI-CD workflow
  • Take an active part in the maintenance & evolution of the CI-CD Platform
• Ensure KMTX keeps costs under control and support teams to estimate them
• Ensure KMTX's platform fits required performances
  • Help teams to understand and define relevant SLO's
  • Provide & maintain monitoring tools (Prometheus, Stack EFK)
  • Ensure the platform is scalable & monitor performance metrics
• Ensure KMTX's platform is reliable
  • Participate in settling up and evolution of on-call processes, and be on-call with other team members
  • Take an active part in issues fixing
  • Ensure KMTX's platform is secure and help all tech teams to apply security best practices for their applications.
• Stay aware of in-use technologies and their evolution (cloud-native, Kubernetes, DevOps methodologies, CI-CD, ...)

• Team-oriented and techy candidate. Able to communicate with all internal stakeholders (especially developers) and explain clearly their thoughts
• Proficient in Go or Python
• Ideally, you have also some knowledge of TypeScript & Scala
• 3+ years of experience in backend development, you have a strong sensitivity to Ops topics
• Experience working with AWS or another public cloud (GCP, Azure…)
• Knowledgeable in software architecture and security best practices, specifically for distributed systems
• Interested in participating in high quality & stable code culture
• Fluent in English (French preferred)
