Job Description

We are looking for a new Agile Coach to join our team! Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing processes and implementing agile strategies.
• Conducting workshops and training teams and managers.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and the use of metrics.
• Supporting teams in managing resources and deliveries.
• Holding meetings to monitor projects and solve problems.
• Lead the adoption and scaling of Agile practices within the project teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define Agile goals, metrics, and success criteria.
• Identify challenges in the transformation journey and implement tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or related role.
• Proven experience in the banking/financial services sector is a strong advantage.
• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in the banking industry.
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
