Bilingual Corporate Security Guard(weekend part-time/permanent) Position:Corporate Security Officer Location: San Jose, CA Pay: $21 - $22 per hour Start Date:ASAP ***MUST BE BILINGUAL*** MUST SPEAK SPANISH*** Schedule- Weekend schedule only 2 open positions - see schedule below Saturday & Sunday • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM • 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Requirements to Apply • Active BSIS CA Guard Card • Must be fluent in Spanish • 2-3 years as a professional Security Guard We are looking for great individuals who have experience working in Security, this would require excellent customer service and the ability to stand for long periods of time with minimal supervision. • 3 Years experience in Corporate, Facility, Luxury Retail, Manufacturing, Hotel, Hospital/Healthcare, Bank/Financial Institutions. • Professionalism: (Great communication skills) • Great Customer Service: (Well-spoken and articulate) • Basic Computer skills: (Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office) • Acclimated to Cell phone technology (Applications) (Time Clock) • Acclimated to Electronic Solutions: (TrackTIK) RFID-Scan checks • Acclimated to CCTV (Video Surveillance) • Acclimated to Access Control safeguards and Access Control Logs • Well Groomed and Physically Fit (position requires you to be on your feet for a long period of times during the foot patrols) Hiring Process: • Phone interview • SSG Managementt virtual interview • Client virtual interview Upon successful completion and approval from the clients to move you forward, please see below.
