Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. BIM structural modelling of civil structures, such as Industerial buildings and water retaining structures, elevated storage reservoirs, on ground & underground water structures.

2. Provide input & Coordinate with team BIM modeler/structural modeler for preparation of Numeration & Reinforcement drawings.

3. Create structural models by using computer-aided design software - Revit & AutoCAD

4. Quality Control & Proof checking.

5. Responsible for BIM & Auto CAD deliveries.

6. Prepare and allocate budgets.

7. Track and report on project progress

8. Collaborate with Structural Engineer and project managers

Qualifications

Requirements and skills

1. Previous experience as a BIM Structural Modeler along with AutoCAD Structural Drawings

2. Excellent knowledge of optimization of resources/Manpower.

3. Hands-on experience with BIM, Revit & AutoCAD.

4. Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills
5. Good communication ability (both written and verbal)

6. Attention to detail, Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
