The Opportunity

The Brand Manager works out of our Lake Forest, IL location in Rapid Diagnostics Division. They are responsible for marketing activities for the assigned product line(s) or business (es), including the development, management, and execution of strategies and tactical programs to achieve business plan objectives, goals, and P&L commitments, as well as going business management including analysis, forecasting, and budget management.

What You'll Work On
  • Lead all marketing activity associated with product line(s) or business (es)
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns including traditional and digital media planning, advertising materials
  • Develop Owned and Paid Channel Strategy and working with Agency partners on content strategy, media planning and editorial calendars
  • Drive product positioning and competitive selling strategies as well as provide leadership in managing the logistics, market share and revenue of the product.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives, including but not limited to regional & local marketing, sales force, R&D, legal, regulatory, and medical affairs, manufacturing, logistics, public affairs, marketing team, executive management, creative and media agencies, vendors, retail buyers, and health care professionals.


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with progressive responsibility in brand management in consumer-packaged goods marketing, medical devices or health diagnostics marketing; ideally a combination of the two.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience in product commercialization/new product launches
  • Strong foundation in digital and social media strategy and KPIs
  • Strong people leadership skills with proven track of developing others
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
  • Experience and proficiency with P&L / budget management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
