Business Analyst

We are seeking a business analyst with experience in Six Sigma methodology and higher education change management for a possible opportunity with one of our public sector clients. In this role, you’ll support the lead senior business analyst on a major shared services transformation initiative, contributing to the design and implementation of a streamlined back-office model that unifies workflows and systems across campus operations. This is a high-visibility, collaborative role that involves significant in-person interaction with stakeholders, including leading workshops and presentations. If you are the right fit, you bring strong facilitation skills, a calm and clear communication style, and a knack for translating complexity into action, especially in large, consensus-driven organizations. This is a part-time, contract opportunity. Hybrid in San Jose, California—we can only consider candidates who are local to the area.
