We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to act as a team lead, bridging the gap between project demands and operational execution! This role focuses on driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Description

AS A BUSINESS ANALYST YOU WILL: Serve as the primary point of contact for operational questions and escalations related to P2P processes. Act as a team lead, coordinating team activities and priorities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle, including purchase requisition creation, vendor management, and compliance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve project governance, ensuring consistency in documentation and adherence to SAP lifecycle methodologies. Support capacity planning and resource allocation to meet project requirements effectively. Build and maintain key vendor relationships to optimize support and maintain financial integrity. Oversee financial tracking and compliance, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, including capitalization rules. Generate and analyze metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of P2P activities. Support the SAP PMO Manager with enterprise contract management, including consulting spend and service day consumption.

Minimum Qualifications

• Professional experience in procure-to-pay (P2P) or a related field within a mid to large-sized organization.
• Background in finance or accounting, with demonstrated experience in financial reporting and cost management.
• Proficiency in SAP and integrated accounting systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in procure-to-pay (P2P) or a related field within a mid to large-sized organization.
• 6+ years in a background in finance or accounting, with demonstrated experience in financial reporting and cost management.
• 6+ years Proficiency in SAP and integrated accounting systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience managing large data sets.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
