Business Data Analyst Details: • Direct Hire position • $70,000.00 /annually • First Shift (Monday through Friday) • This role is highly cross-functional, where you will own the data backbone for various projects with a primary focus on project budgeting. • Aggregate and perform statistical analysis on business data, integrating data from multiple sources and functional areas to include writing queries or reports • Maintain and improve datasets, models, reports, and dashboards • Partner closely w/ the VP of Transformation to help drive data-based business decisions across the organization, with the ability to work with various stakeholders and communicate effectively • Constantly identify areas of improvement within existing processes, tools, and workflows Business Data Analyst Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative subjects preferred (e.g., math, computer science, business, finance, economics, etc.) with 2-5 years of experience of strong proficiency in data analytical tools: Excel/Power Query, (SQL, Python a plus / willing to self-learn) • Statistical horsepower: run regression analysis, build out complex models, sort through large, complex sets of business data We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
