A few words about your team: Due to the growth of our business, Arrow ECS Baltic Oü is looking for an energetic, motivated sales professional to join Arrow's Microsoft team. The position is located in the Baltics, meaning any of the three countries, but employees can also work remotely. We value face-to-face interaction with colleagues and channel partners, so the employee is expected to work at the office occasionally.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be an integral part of Arrow's Microsoft team and lead business development projects, especially on Copilot and Azure. You will participate in customer care and daily service. You will carry out your role in the Baltic market and work closely with local Arrow product, marketing, technical, manufacturer, and Nordic & EMEA teams. You will bring your expertise to the team to support our channel partners and their end customers on their cloud journey.

Your profile and how you will succeed in this role:

• You have experience working with Microsoft solutions.
• You have at least a few years of experience in business development.
• You can plan, develop, and implement business plans with partners.
• You must have collaboration skills and good social skills, which are essential in a team environment.
• You share the importance of excellent customer service.
• You are proactive and have a "can do" attitude towards business development.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian and English is essential.
• You are interested in developing your skills and are willing to continuously learn about suppliers' products and solutions in the cloud/IT area.
