We are looking for Business Operations Associate to join our dynamic Nordic Business Service Center at Arrow ECS Baltics OÜ.

It is a maternity cover (fixed term contract).

Business Operations Associate will be working especially closely with the team in Denmark but interaction with other internal teams as well with our customers and Vendors is part of your daily job.

Your tasks may include:

• Approval of prices on orders (claim approval)
• Follow-up on outstanding claims, expired special BID + crediting partners
• Credit/rebill assistance
• Follow-up/reconciliation of claim vendor accounts
• Weekly sellout reporting
• Weekly follow up on stock
• Daily and quarterly cut-off testing
• Maintaining VAT check setup
• Microsoft Cloud invoice reconciliation
• Daily updating of exchange rates
• Preparation of material for auditors both externally and internally
• MDF Invoices
• Etc.
