What you'll do
- Embrace Diversity - in a highly cross functional and networked techno-commercial role across all customer segments, modalities and workflows (mAb, viral vectors, pDNA, mRNA, Oligos, etc.)
- Develop, differentiate and drive Solutions deals in your region through customer centricity and horizontal teamwork from lead to contract signature.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of our customers' economic, regulatory, clinical and operational challenges as well as our own competitive environment to support continuous evolvement of the Biotechnology Group's Solutions offering.
- Represent Cytiva at Conferences, Tradeshows, internal and external Webinars and Trainings as Solutions expert. Network with KOLs and exhibit thought leadership learnings.
- Forecast and track opportunities in CRM, contribute to account and regional commercial plans plus to jointly meeting / exceeding assigned targets.
Who you are
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum 7 years of selling experience in biotech/biopharma.
- Proven and progressive previous experience in sales / services / promotion to C-suite, VPs of Manufacturing, Facilities / Estates / Operations Leaders and Engineers, Process Scientists.
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages.
- Strong in horizontal teamwork incl. ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within Cytiva and the Biotechnology Group as well as our customers' organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent commercial organizational and analytics skills. Superior Negotiator.
- Solutions and Outcome focus with ownership and accountability mindset.
