Business Product Manager - High Performing Provider Networks

Position Summary

CVS Health's Network Product team is part of the Commercial Product area, responsible for creation of and managing of our national networks and high-performance networks. This position will support the development of these networks and the annual maintenance execution.

Fundamental Components include but are not limited to:

• Leads the project work and deliverables of complex integrations of new networks by updating support material, Highspot pages, annual presentations, coordinating member notifications annually. This work will impact multiple processes, systems, functions, and stakeholders.
• Identifies gaps in product and develops action plans / solutions to meet customer needs, while clearly calling out decisions needed.
• Supports customer presentations by developing product materials, providing support to sales for RFI responses and participates in customer presentations.
• Works collaboratively across cross functional teams.
• Responsible for leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program such as planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources, and time.
• Tracks progress and communicates project(s) status ona regular basis to all impacted parties.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ year experience in Product Management, provider networks, or operations in healthcare with provider or payor
• Knowledge of Value Based care, accountable care organizations and provider performance
• Project Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a high performing provider network based commercial product.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
