Your Role and Responsibilities
Los empleados con este rol cuentan con la experiencia y los conocimientos necesarios para ofrecer soporte en el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y en la prestación de servicios a los clientes. Deben conocer los acuerdos de servicios complejos y de gran volumen de su especialidad incluidos los métodos adecuados y los conocimientos necesarios para resolver los problemas empresariales del sector del cliente. Entablan sólidas relaciones de confianza con los clientes gracias a su capacidad de integrar soluciones y otras áreas de IBM utilizadas en la prestación de servicios complejos. Detectan nuevas oportunidades de negocio participan con sus ideas en el desarrollo de las soluciones y ayudan a IBM a conseguir los negocios. Cuando no participan en el desarrollo de nuevos negocios ni en tareas relacionadas con ofertas o propuestas proporcionan soporte en actividades de cliente facturables dentro de su especialidad o las dirigen y participan en otras relacionadas con el sector la solución o la comunidad en cuestión. Son los responsables del éxito económico de los acuerdos directamente gestionados así como de la generación de ingresos de servicio derivados del cierre de nuevos negocios.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1.Execute sales leadership and exhibits proficiency in selling large complex solutions in the areas of Hybrid Cloud and Data management;
2.Elaborate the hybrid cloud journey according to client’s business needs identify the best fit solution and its value proposition;
3.Manage the service portfolio to deliver the client satisfaction and contract profitability; Develop constructive client relationship to grow continuous business collaboration;
4.Lead a high performance team and develop the future ready skills for hybrid cloud platform AI based application management and big data management;
5.Over 15 years of AMS or IT Consulting work experience knowledgeable about hybrid Cloud architecture or Big Data or SAP;
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1.Deep experience consulting with large and mid-size Chinese companies as well as multi-national companies in the industries of Banking Automobile Consumer Retail or E&E
2.Excellent client engagement skill experienced in proposal and delivery.
