Role: Buyer II

Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)

Duration: Contract
Pay Rate Range: $35/hr. to $44/hr.

Job Description:

Do you meet the following qualifications?

• Do you have 2-3 years of tactical purchasing experience?
• Are you comfortable or willing to work in a fast-paced aerospace environment?
• Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field?

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate purchasing of materials, services, and products for aerospace programs.
• Collaborate with program leads to identify long-lead materials.
• Partner with sourcing and program teams to select suppliers from an approved list to meet program objectives.
• Prepare purchase orders using Coupa and Costpoint software.

Requirements:
Top Skills: Coupa, Costpoint, Buyer exp, negotiate contracts, excel.
Soft skills: people skills, self-starter, Go-getter.

Background:

• Buyer, Machine industry, Aerospace preferred or any industry;
• Strong Procurement knowledge; Machine shop experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
